Productivity
QINEO QIROXDisplay the productivity of your QINEO manual welder for various freely selectable time periods. Productivity is made up of availability and arc burning time as output.
Capacity plan
QINEO QIROXYou can store your production times in the capacity plan. This period forms the basis for the availability for the calculation of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and productivity.
Component templates
QINEO QIROXNew components are automatically recorded by C-Gate or can alternatively be created manually. You can then store a planned target time for each production step on each device. The system also calculates an average time for each component type produced. The target times are taken into account for the calculation of the output for QIROX units.
