Roadmap

The C-Gate roadmap is a list of planned features for the C-Gate IoT Platform.

The points mentioned here are not to be regarded as binding and represent a snapshot. During implementation, which takes place in an agile manner and in cooperation with our (pilot) customers, new prioritisations, changes or deletions may occur.

• Central storage of all robot programmes on C-Gate
• Exchange of robot programmes via C-Gate on the robot
• Integration planned for PC products: RoboPlan, Carola EDI
• Sorting and filtering by specific programmes

• Logging of QIROX seam contact search times in C-Gate
• Visualisation and analysis of long search times
• Optimisation proposals

• QINEO, QIROX and PLC users are centrally managed via C-Gate
• No fixed authorisation levels, but flexible role and rights system
• Authorisations based on welder certificates can be implemented via roles
• Connection to Active Directory (user system of the customer)

• Display of the PHG view on the C-Gate (No remote control)

• System and device diagnostics with C-Gate
• Remote access to C-Gate by CLOOS service in case of support (customer approval required)
• Remote Carola Programming Support
• Install robot and device updates via C-Gate

• Control of the component recording by means of touch screen and scanner
• Logging of component-related data during manual welding
• Assisted welding with visual welding instructions and parameters already preset on the unit for each step

• Collection and evaluation of sensor and controller data
• Avoiding downtime through preventive analysis and timely replacement advice
